Flow

  1. Website entry points are either Facebook ads, Google Ads, or Organic browsing
  2. Once the Website loads, the Marketic / engAIge script loads, and logs all the website and session data the Mongo DB Ads to leads This data is automatically synced with Snowflake, which allows access to create reports on website hits from ad sources
  3. If the user submits a contact form, then the Customer details are logged in the Leads DB Right now the Marketic UserId is not passed as part of the payload, so you cannot link the leads to ads
  4. This lead is then enriched by the Digital marketing process to include the XDS score
  5. The leads are then passed into the dialer for sales
  6. The lead will be dispositioned as either sale or non-sale This information is synced to Snowflake automatically Once the Marketic userID is passed with the lead, we have the ability to trace the sale / non sale back to it’s origin. Either ad, or organic browsing.
