What is Marketic CEP?

In house Customer Engagement Platform (CEP)

It’s an Event and Action driven platform, you can analyse customer engagement on your websites, automate customer communications in workflows, and improve your websites to generate more leads, increase conversions and revenue.

A major advantage of our product is its ability to be customized to the business logic of Ignition, rather than using an off-the-shelf product, enabling us to accomplish our business goals more effectively.

What is an Event and Action?

Event - anything the user does to interact with the webpage e.g. Type of Event will be a user will load the webpage

Action - we can react to these events with an action we can render a form to the customer when the page is loaded e.g. contact us form or a sales capture form

The system consists of two key areas that drive different objectives:

  • Websites
  • External Sources

Websites

In order to engage with your customers, you’ll be able to easily integrate your website pages with CEP.

You can choose a type of event and configure the type of actions you want triggered on your website to help you achieve your goals by using CEP.

Use Case

It was necessary for all our websites to render the POPI cookie policy in order to be compliant with the POPI regulations.

As a result, we needed to integrate engAIge with all our websites in order to display the cookie pop-up across all sites rather than updating 80 different sites when we made changes.

Provides you with the ability to integrate with a CRM system so that you can run workflows for a digital campaign or marketing communications.

In the backend, there is a workflow editor that allows you to design the workflows you need to execute, such as automating marketing communications.

When you select a Type of Action to start workflow and configure all required fields the workflow will be launched

Use Case

MVNX integrated its Online Charging System (OCS) with engAIge so as to create a workflow to send comms for SPOT money and SBSA FIXED LTE depletion notifications


Below are some of the current features in Marketic that can be used:

Websites Gives you the ability to add a website to the customer engagement platform, allowing interaction between the site and Marketic CEP
External Source You can add a system that you want to interact with e.g. Silver Surfer or OCS by doing this it will allow the business to cross sell to existing customers via email or sms
Events & Actions An event is an interaction between your website and your customers. There is a list of Event Types available in CEP, such as load page. Actions are how we respond to events. For example, if a customer loads a page, we want to select the render form action so that we can display a contact us form on the site
Form Builder You can configure forms for your sites, e.g. contact us and sales capture form
Email Template You can configure email templates, test and publish to mandrill
Settings You can add additional users to your organization e.g. Ignition Group or MVNX
