Trigger
You normally get a call from the Marketing team saying that no leads are flowing through. We should add this to sourcing for monitoring. This is not in place yet. In the mean-time - have a look at the Dashboard to track usage: Dashboard
Response
Have a look at the Zap history and see which flows failed and why.
Known Errors
If the accounts access failed [e.g. Don Barker’s Facebook access], the zaps would stop working. The Zaps using this account had to be transferred to Ben, and Ben’s Facebook access needs to be used for the Facebook lead pages.
