How it Works

  • User Management is a system that can be used to capture all employees, working in the Call Centre, and map them to the correct campaigns they are working on. Currently different Campaigns can be created and mapped to different users and users themselves can be mapped to hierarchies of roles

  • Attendance Register is a system where our leaders in the call center can mark each team member present, absent, or choose between an array of employee status’s. The leaders mark the time at which agents are in. We have given the ability to update an entry should an agent arrive to work late or leave work early for some reason. This is also integrated into Snowflake for reporting.
