User Guide for Attendance Register
Attendance Register is a system where our leaders in the call center can mark each team member present, absent, or choose between an array of employee status’s. The leaders mark the time at which agents are in. We have given the ability to update an entry should an agent arrive to work late or leave work early for some reason. This is also integrated into Snowflake for reporting.
The data from the DB is flowing into snowflake for easy reporting.
Attendance Register is a precursor to agent desktop. When an agent logs into Agent Desktop, the agents attendance is marked for the day.
