User Management and Attendance Register
On the 15th November we took User Management and Attendance Register live.
Our Intention is to do a POC in the live environment with one local and one international campaign.
We have had the teams loading users (agent details mapped to campaigns) in the User Management app.
The Users from User Management direcly tie into the Attendance applciation where the team leaders, campaign managers and call center managers can track and report on attendance.
Once the teams are happy with how everything is working, we will introduce the new systmes to more campaigns for them to being leveraging off the functionality.
This is a big step up from tracking details in an Excel document which leaves lots of room for error.
